Request deletion

Send an email to info@edouardfrancois.ca with the subject “Personal data deletion request”. Include the name and email or phone number you used when submitting your inquiry and, if available, the approximate date or the Facebook form name. Do not send passwords, copies of identification or other sensitive documents in your first message.

You may also request access, correction or withdrawal of a marketing consent using the same address.

Verification and handling

We will acknowledge your request, verify that we are dealing with the right person when needed, identify relevant CRM records and take steps to delete or anonymize information that we are no longer required to retain. If information must be retained for a legal, professional or legitimate recordkeeping obligation, we will explain that limitation.

We will respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable privacy law. The right to deletion is not absolute in every circumstance.

Facebook and external platforms

This process covers information held in the KLE KAY platform (CRM), including records originating from Meta instant forms. Deleting our copy does not automatically remove a form submission or other information held by Meta. For those records, use the privacy and account controls provided by Facebook or Instagram.
