This website provides real estate information and inquiry tools operated for Edouard Francois, REALTOR®, Royal LePage Integrity Realty, Brokerage, Ottawa, Ontario.
By using the website you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when submitting an inquiry. If you do not agree, please do not use the interactive forms.
Estimates, listings and information
Affordability, mortgage and purchasing-budget results are illustrative estimates, not a mortgage approval, pre-approval, binding financing offer, valuation, investment recommendation or guarantee of qualification. A qualified lender must confirm financing.
Property information, availability, pricing, taxes, costs and market conditions can change. Verify material information independently and with appropriate professionals before making a financial or real estate decision.
No automatic representation agreement
Submitting a form, receiving an email or viewing property suggestions does not by itself establish a buyer or seller representation agreement, agency relationship or obligation to purchase. Any professional engagement and its terms are addressed separately.
Communications and third-party services
We may respond to your request using the contact information you supply, subject to applicable consent rules. Third-party platforms and websites, including Meta services, have their own terms and policies.
Do not submit confidential account credentials, banking passwords or identity documents through ordinary contact forms.
